Whether you have participated in the past or recently
expressed an interest in the Our Lady of Mt. Carmel
School Craft Fair, enclosed is the application for the
2011 Craft Fair to be held on Saturday, November 5th
and Sunday, November 6th
from 10 am to 4 pm at Our Lady Mt. Carmel School located
at 225 E. Ashland St. in Doylestown, Pa. This event will
mark its 33rd
consecutive anniversary as a community tradition and
important fundraising event for Our Lady of Mt. Carmel
School. Your participation and support and the beautiful
crafts you bring each year, make this Craft Fair a
success. Please help us once again to make this year one
of the best.
Our format will continue to be a traditional Holiday
Craft Fair with primarily hand made crafts. We will be
limiting the number of crafters in any one category
(i.e. jewelry) to a maximum of 10%. (Timely
returns are important as admission is on a first come
basis.) A photograph of your craft and/or website
address containing a picture of your craft is mandatory
if you were not a participant last year or if you are a
brand new vendor. No contract will be considered without
them.
In addition to your space rental, your fee includes a
listing in our Craft Fair Directory and on our website,
and a total of 2 free beverage tickets and 2 free food
item tickets to be used in our cafeteria on Saturday or
Sunday.
We will continue this year to offer two different
size tables, 6 ft or 8 ft. The size of the rental space
will not change. We will once again be offering a 5%
early bird discount for all contracts postmarked by July
9th to encourage timely returns. To continually improve
the quality of our crafters, we are also looking for
crafter referrals. Receive an additional two free food
item tickets and two free beverage tickets if your
referred crafter books our fair as our thank you. As a
quality crafter you are the best judge of quality
handmade crafts. (To
